The Nation has NO Respect For The Buffalo Bills
The NFL Power Rankings came out today on espn.com and cbs.sportsline.com. What a fucking joke. You have got to be kidding me with this shit. Here is CBS's power rankings from #16-#22.
16. Atlanta Falcons
17. Miami Dolphins
18. Minnesota Vikings
19. St. Louis Rams
20. Philadelphia Eagles
21. San Francisco 49ers
22. Buffalo Bills
I am sorry but this is absolutely pathetic. A lot of what power rankings are based on is how is a team playing right now. Let's start with the Falcons. They haven't won a god damn football game since October 29th. You have got to be kidding me. The Bills have won 3 games since then and are somehow 6 spots behind them with the same record. Atlanta got rolled by the Lions 30-14 and then lost at home to the Browns. They also laid an egg in the biggest game of their season thus far against the Saints and their overrated QB is flipping off the crowd.
At 17 is the Dolphins, yeah they are playing good and have won 4 in a row. But they are 5-6 and the Bills beat them in their own yard. Maybe with the Dolphins hot streak they could be rated ahead of Buffalo, but by 5 teams is proposterous.
At 18 is the Minnesota Vikings. This team has lost 4 of 5 and barely snuck by the Cardinals to break a 4 game losing streak. They allowed over 400 yards passing to a rookie QB for god sake. They are also 5-6, same as Buffalo and yes the Bills beat the Vikings.
At 20 is the St. Louis Rams. Like these other teams, the Rams are playing terrible of late. They have lost 5 of their last 6 mother fucking football games and they are ranked ahead of the Bills. This is absolutely asenine. I almost threw my computer out the window when I saw these rankings.
The Bills have won 3 out of 4 and are ranked as the worst 5-6 team...behind teams that have lost 4 in a row, 4 of 5, and 5 of 6. This just doesn't seem to make sense. The only team that could be ranked ahead of Buffalo out of these teams in the 49ers and even that is debatable.
Fuck the national media. Fuck Pete Prisco and his fucking power rankings. They officially have no credibility in my mind.
