Willis is not starting the off season on the right foot.

Over the past 2 years, Willis McGahee has faced 2 paternity suits and now he will face a third. He is already paying child support for 2 children. McGahee has knocked up 3 different chicks in the past 2 years. That is rare.

Secondly, McGahee ripped up the city of Buffalo in Penthouse Magazine. When asked his thoughts about how the city of Buffalo was declining, Willis said that Buffalo is boring and that there is nothing to do in Buffalo. When asked about an NFL team in Toronto, McGahee said "That would be a good situation. Toronto is a beautiful place. But if they're going to put a team there, they should just bring the Buffalo Bills to Toronto. Case closed."

I think everyone would agree that McGahee isn't the smartest human being, but this takes the cake. Why would you make a comment like that about the city you play for. People already thought that McGahee didn't want to be here already and when he makes a comment about how the team should be moved to Toronto, he is asking to be shipped out of here. My take on this is that Willis had no idea what he was saying as usual. Let's face it, Buffalo is declining. Also, if you ask all NFL fans nationwide, 80% would say move the Bills. I am not saying that what McGahee said is OK by any means, but I am not calling for him to be sent out of here right away.

What you may not have heard was the rest of the interview. All that wgr 550 radio talked about all day was the negative comments that McGahee said. This is because wgr hates the Bills and Mike Schopp is a die hard Sabres fan and probably wants the Bills out of here. When that station has a chance to rip up a Bills player or the team they take full advantage of it and it pisses me off. McGahee talked about how he owes the Buffalo organization. He said "I got a lotta love for Buffalo, I thank God for the whole situation. I'm trying to make them proud. I'm trying to do some things here."

Unlike most people, I respect that and I believe it. It doesn't outweigh his other comments but I still would take this to heart. The Bills did take a chance in making him a first round pick and I believe that he does owe it to the Bills for that. Well Willis, next year is your last chance. If you don't have a great year, you won't be here in '08 and if you keep making comments like that in porn magazines, you won't be here in '07.
